Position Summary

We are searching for a Sr. Financial Analyst to make an immediate impact in the planning, organizing and directing the company’s worldwide financial reporting to provide timely financial results. The successful candidate will provide management with information and analysis tools to support in the executive decision-making process. Critical to the role will be the development of systems and techniques as appropriate for worldwide financial management reporting. This position will be located in Wayne, PA.

Principal Responsibilities

•Coordinate preparation and consolidation of worldwide monthly and forecasted Business Unit reporting.

•Make recommendations to management regarding cost-saving or profit-generating opportunities and profitability improvement strategies.

•Aid in the preparation of the strategic plan, annual budget and quarterly forecasts.

•Interface with Finance peers to collect and interpret information for monthly analysis and ensure proper backup is obtained to support all public disclosures.

•Special projects and report responsibilities as assigned.

Education / Experience Requirements

•Bachelor's degree specializing in Accounting or Finance.

•Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in progressively responsible positions in accounting and finance management

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

•Strong analytical background in budgeting and forecasting at the parent level, superior organizational skills and a broad business perspective including international finance considerations.

•Solid understanding of the Income Statement.

•Ability to interface with senior executive staff and develop appropriate ad hoc reports as requested.

•High level of competency in Microsoft Excel.

•Experience with PBCS, Smartview, SAP and HFM preferred.

•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
