Global Functions – The Corporate division is the central operating unit of the company; setting strategy and policy and providing business development, finance, human resources, information technology, investor relations and legal support to the businesses. The global Company headquarters is located just outside of Philadelphia in Wayne, PA. Position Summary
The position supports the Global Compliance Team in advancing Teleflex’s Anti-Corruption Compliance program. Reporting to the Global Manager, this role contributes to the implementation and oversight of global compliance policies, procedures, and controls. The individual will play a key role in executing the global auditing and monitoring program, ensuring business practices align with ethical and regulatory standards.
This position is based at our Wayne, PA office. The selected candidate is expected to work onsite a minimum of 3-days per week.

Principal Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain executive-level compliance presentations for senior leadership and operational reporting.
• Support global monitoring and testing activities to ensure ethical, compliant, and well-controlled business operations.
• Manage global compliance policies, including stakeholder coordination, document control, and version tracking.
• Track and manage the compliance budget by processing invoices, monitoring expenses, and ensuring timely reporting.
• Assist in monitoring global compliance training completion and measuring program effectiveness.
• Support global transparency reporting by ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Maintain and enhance compliance platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Business & Ethics webpages) to ensure global accessibility and accuracy.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying control gaps and supporting enhancements to monitoring and testing frameworks.
• Provide administrative and operational support for compliance-related systems (e.g., HCP Consultant Portal).
• Coordinate cross-functional compliance projects, track deliverables, and prepare updates for senior leadership.
Education / Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree is required, a degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate compliance, legal, internal audit, or a related regulatory field preferred.
• Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or broader healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance program frameworks, and risk management principles are desirable.
• Professional certification or advanced degree is a plus.

• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation, fostering positive cross-functional relationships.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with experience in data analysis and report generation.
• Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to confidentiality.
• Project management experience and ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives preferred.
TRAVEL REQUIRED: 20% or less annually, including international travel.
