Global Functions – The Corporate division is the central operating unit of the company; setting strategy and policy and providing business development, finance, human resources, information technology, investor relations and legal support to the businesses. The global Company headquarters is located just outside of Philadelphia in Wayne, PA. Position Summary
The Global Compensation Analyst will support the global organization’s broad-based compensation programs including base salary, annual incentive, and long-term incentive programs. As part of the corporate compensation team, the Global Compensation Analyst will report to the Senior Manager, Global Compensation and be based in Wayne, PA. The successful candidate will have experience working with compensation programs, be comfortable manipulating and analyzing data, be very process- and detail-oriented, be comfortable working with HR systems and have the desire and ability to learn and be a key member of a global compensation team.

Principal Responsibilities
The role will provide program administration and analytical support for all corporate compensation programs:
Compensation
• Complete annual global compensation surveys.
• Provide compensation-related data from the HR System and/or Stock Plan Administrator as requested.
• Manage the Global Compensation Mailbox inquiries from our global HR/employee communities, providing guidance on benchmarking, salary range positioning and compensation processes/rules.
• Assist with the annual compensation cycle including merit increase, bonus and equity grant process-related activities.
• Perform data analysis in response to new compensation proposals, new projects and ongoing business needs.
• Has experience using compensation software solutions to automate market benchmarking and survey submissions.
AIP (Bonus Plan)
• Updates and maintains demographic and metric data tables in the compensation module of the system to calculate AIP payouts and generate the annual AIP letters from the HR system.
• Generates any manual AIP calculations and/or communications for special or complex scenarios as necessary.
• Responsible for auditing the compensation module AIP calculations.
• Uses the compensation module, coordinating with finance, to produce accurate and timely bonus accrual files.
LTI
• Assists with global equity administration for annual and off-cycle grants for employees, executives and the board of directors. Equity vehicles include stock options, restricted stock units and performance stock units.
• Ensures correct and accurate functioning of the interface between the HR system and the Stock Plan Administrator system, including demographic data, terminations, new hires and insider status.
• Communicates with all local country payrolls to ensure proper payroll reporting for RSU/PSU vesting and stock option exercises.
• Manages all country-specific compliance reporting.
• Collaborates with the global payrolls to ensure the income taxation rates in the Stock Plan Administrator’s platform are accurate and updates as needed.
• Assists with internal and external audit requests.
HR System
• Ensures accuracy of the organization's compensation information within our HR system (AIP targets, LTI targets, merit eligibility).
• Keeps abreast of the compensation module’s new features and makes recommendations and provides information, as necessary, of relevant updates.
• Acts as a liaison between the global compensation team and the HR Technology team for the development, testing and implementation of new systems and/or enhancements of existing systems.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education / Experience Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field or 3 years of HR or Finance related experience.
• Working knowledge of compensation policies and practices.
• Experience with SuccessFactors or similar HRIS systems and compensation modules.
• Experience working in a global organization.
• Proven ability to prioritize.
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
• Self-starter with strong organizational and analystical skills, with high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated aptitude working with large volumes of data and analyzing trends.
• Ability to work with confidential materials and employee information in a professional manner, maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Advanced MS Excel skills required including v-lookups, pivot tables, advanced formula development, graphs and charting, conditional formatting, data tables, etc.
• MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
