Position Summary
Provides the organization with the objectives, programs, and procedures that will guarantee the required quality of the employees within a good working environment.
Principal Responsibilities
- Acts as a Strategic Partner in the Implementation of Organizational Culture by designing Organizational Communication Policies to inform and motivate the company's personnel
- Manages the Compensation Programs.
- Participates in salary and wage surveys and gathers information and makes contributions to the Organization's compensation policies.
- Analyzes the Company's Salary Structure, Salary Policies and Salary Budgets for the Organization.
- Develops policies and procedures to plan, manage and evaluate employee performance.
- Recommends and Administers Employee Benefits.
- Manages services provided to Employees.
- Manage and follow up on the Recruitment, Selection, and Hiring Processes of the organization's needs.
- Designs Motivation Programs, Social, Cultural, Recreational, and Sports Events, as well as Community Support Activities.
- Responsible for the Training and Development Process from Detection of Training and Development Needs, Design, Implementation, and Evaluation of Programs, as well as their Registration before the corresponding Authorities.
- Develops Labor Management Processes and Procedures. It has the Legal Representation of the Company before the corresponding Authorities.
Education / Experience Requirements
- Administrative professional degree or related career
- Master's degree in administration or related degree (Preferable).
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
- 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources management.
- Organizational design experience in developing teams and structures to support business strategies (Preferable).
- Functional experience in HR practices and legal compliance.
- Work site is located in Tecate, Baja California (Local Position)
