Position Summary
Provide product management direction and support to INTV Product Line in the Teleflex Taiwan markets.
Principal Responsibilities
• Good understanding of our company products.
• Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching, reimbursement).
• Follow and analyze market trends to position products.
• Manage the marketing efforts for INTV products, and work closely with sales team and distributors to implement strategies/activities/projects. Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including sales promotions, brochures, advertising and public relations, education, and other types of marketing and sales support programs.
• Manage the reimbursement efforts for all INTV product lines.
• Participate in developing the annual marketing and operating plans (AOP) for the INTV business.
• Stay close to the market through regular and scheduled field visit and physician management by developing key relationships with opinions leaders in our region.
• Plan and coordinate KOL events and management in our region.
• Participate in and coordinate major congress for the TW region.
• Provide product and sales training and support to customer service, product sales representatives, and distributors within TW region.
Education / Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree is a must; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 2 years sales or 1 year marketing experience in medical industry is required.
• Showcase teamwork, and marketing activities execution. Demonstrate the willing to learn
• Experience in New Product Launching or Market Access is preferred.
• Experience in lobby with various societies for products reimbursement indication, pricing, and procedure code is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to diplomatically interact and develop solid working relationships with management, staff and peers
• Excellent customer ethics, good attention to detail and ability to complete timely progress reports according to requirements
