Job Purpose:

Based in Taiwan, you will partner closely with our Southeast Asia+ business leaders to deliver all employee experiences and enable our business growth. You will also translate business strategy and provide human resources solutions in the development and management of talent, employee relations experience and HR operations such as recruitment and onboarding, training and development, and compensation and benefits.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive implementation of tactical day-to-day HR processes across business operations
  • Drive recruiting planning strategies to align with, and meet business demands and HR cost control
  • Develop/review talent management for critical leadership positions and develop talent readiness/transition strategies
  • Execute initiatives on organization design changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Execute performance management activities and provide feedback on performance improvements opportunities
  • Propose market-driven/benchmark compensation decisions to drive employee performance, engagement and retention
  • Execute short-/long-term company-wide training and development strategies to cater for development needs
  • Prepare periodical reports to provide validated HR metrics and benchmarks to support business decisions
  • Drive, together with the line manager, employee engagement initiatives to increase employee engagement, performance and retention
  • Execute change management initiatives across the organization

Essential Skills/ Experience

  • Degree in a Business, Human Resources related discipline, or equivalent educational qualification
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in an extensive & fast-growing environment, with minimum of 3 years of experience working to support the SEA+ region
  • Experienced working in commercial business setup in a multinational/ matrix environment, working with senior leadership, as well as country/ functional managers
  • Demonstrate experience and knowledge in both strategic and tactical HR core functions
  • Working knowledge of HR-related software/systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
  • Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
  • Strong detail-oriented and resourceful mindset
