Position Summary
The Pricing Analyst II will play a vital role in supporting strategic pricing and contract management strategies within the Commercial Operations team. These executed strategies will help improve overall profitability and streamline the programs nationally. As an integral member of the Commercial Operations team, this position supports cross-functionally with Sales, Field Operations, Marketing, Legal, Finance and Shared Services to provide transactional and strategic pricing support while driving overall process improvements.
Principal Responsibilities
- Analyze financial and operational metrics, including sales trends and forecasts, to identify trends, opportunities, and risks and support data-driven business decisions.
- Process, maintain, and track pricing quotes, proposals, customer agreements, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established pricing policies and approval processes.
- Triage, coordinate, and help resolve contract, pricing, rebate, and billing-related issues across internal stakeholders, systems, and customers.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute pricing, contracting, and rebate reports to support Commercial Operations, Finance, and Sales.
- Calculate customer rebates in accordance with contractual agreements, approved pricing programs, and established guidelines.
- Partner cross-functionally to support accurate rebate accruals, allocations, payments, and reconciliations, including the collection, documentation, and validation of customer banking information required for rebate payments.
- Support the administration and tracking of customer contractual commitments and rebate programs in partnership with Finance, Accounts Payable, Global Procurement, Data Management Operations, and other stakeholders.
- Analyze customer pricing using internal and external data sources to validate pricing parity, contract duration, effectiveness, and accuracy in accordance with customer agreements and established guidelines.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate pricing opportunities, contract scenarios, new product launches, rebate structures, projected customer spend, and potential revenue and margin implications.
- Monitor and report on the revenue and margin impact of pricing changes, rebate programs, promotions, and contractual commitments.
- Provide analytical and operational support for pricing initiatives, customer negotiations, contracting activities, and broader Commercial Operations objectives.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of pricing data, reports, customer agreements, and contract documentation within Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, SAP, SKUvent, and other applicable systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve pricing, contracting, rebate, reporting, and administrative processes and support implementation of approved process improvements.

Education / Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with a track record of outstanding performance, preferably in a medical device company
- 2+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, sales operations, revenue management, contract administration, or a related analytical role.
- Experience analyzing pricing, rebate, contract, sales, and profitability data to support business decisions.
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling, and data analysis.
- Experience creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Finance, Sales, Operations, and other business partners.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, BI, or reporting tools such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, or similar systems.
TRAVEL REQUIRED: up to 10% as needed
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $70,000-$80,000 however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will also include benefits such as medical, prescription drug, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, participation in 401(k) savings plan, and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO, short- and long-term disability and parental leave, dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
