The incumbent establishes, builds, and maintains professional relationships with KOLs and effectively communicates the therapy’s value proposition to all stakeholders. As an integral member of the Sales team, this position partners with cross-functional teams to communicate current market conditions and develop accounts to adopt the therapy. This position requires thorough knowledge of the urology field, a demonstrated track record of launching disruptive technologies in the urology space, and the ability to work independently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales quota for the defined area.
  • Maintain a monthly and quarterly territory plan that outlines territory sales objectives and areas of vulnerability.
  • Provide monthly forecasts for defined area.
  • Effectively communicate therapy’s value proposition to customers.
  • Qualify, train, assess, and ultimately develop accounts to adopt the therapy as an integral part of their disease practice with the goal of demonstrating high account adoption.
  • Communicate current market conditions and recommend improvements to the commercial process.
  • Partner with Clinical Medical Affairs to deliver outstanding clinical and training support to ensure physicians quickly become clinically independent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and KOLs within defined region.
  • Partner closely with the Line ne manager, Sales team, and Marketing team to identify and prioritize customers for higher-level corporate relationships.
  • Partner with the Customer Service team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Partner with the Line Manager and Finance team to ensure all required sales reporting forms are completed and submitted on time.
  • Provide support for the resolution of product complaints and/or safety issues.
  • Proactively support organizational goals and objectives, policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Authority regulations, including strict compliance with Teleflex Customer Relationship policies.
  • Maintain a professional and credible image with key physicians, consultants, suppliers, and teammates.
  • Establish and maintain credentials to enter and work in hospitals and other medical facilities as required by facility requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Tertiary level education preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of the field of urology and urology products, and strong relationships with local urologists highly desired.
  • Operating room or therapeutic delivery experience strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 year of sales experience preferred
  • Independent and highly self-motivated and result driven



  • A demonstrated track record for meeting sales objectives in a Medical Consumable company; year over year results.
  • Strong capability to open New accounts and service customers.
  • Proven ability to “system” and “circular” sell within accounts i.e., handholding order opportunity through depth and breadth of customer stakeholders.
  • A good understanding of the medical consumable industry, and, in particular, Anesthesiology, Emergency and ENT industry.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a broad spectrum of people having varying backgrounds, education and experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Project, etc.
  • Demonstrated functional experience in areas such as strategic selling, Key Account Management.
  • A high-energy self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, lean, entrepreneurial environment and will “roll up his/her sleeves” to get the job done.
  • A team player that treats individuals with dignity and respect.
  • An independent individual who goes the extra mile to ensure proper communication and reporting.
  • A creative person with a proactive attitude, motivated to set aggressive goals and be measured against them.
  • A person comfortable working in an environment of change and continuing organizational evolution.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Nursing is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of Sales experience with a leading medical consumable company.
  • Sales experience in Singapore market is a MUST.
  • Knowledge in disposable or consumable market will be advantageous.
  • Based in the Teleflex Singapore office.
