ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Partner with country sales leadership to develop and implement business strategies which will meet short- and long-term training needs.
  2. Establish strategic initiatives in optimizing training programs and deliveries.
  3. Facilitate effective learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training, an on-the-job learning.
  4. Lead and collaborate a team of regional sales trainers who stretch their roles on top of their sales manager roles.
  5. Consult with Regional Leaders to provide solutions to APAC Senior Leadership Team in the development and adoption of sales force development programs and initiatives.
  6. Enhance sales training effectiveness through recommendation of best practice, tools, concepts, influence on strategic direction and execution.
  7. Provide robust implementation evaluation and enable decision making on initiatives and investments. Help APAC sales force enhance sales effectiveness and productivity.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 

  1. Reviews and analyzes sales training & development outcomes to provide business leaders a pro-active advice as a valuable business partner.
  2. Participates actively in key management and business review meetings to understand strategic business trends and direction.
  3. Partner with commercial leaders to design, development, and follow-through on annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
  4. Collaborates to enhance sales force commercial capabilities through fundamental sales training programs like TCST and TCST Coaching to Win.
  5. Provides relevant findings of post training to the SLT and country leadership team. Ensure effective execution of APAC Sales Leader Development Roadmap plans.
  6. Proactively assess sales skill development needs for new and existing employees based on business and strategic direction.
  7. Ensure accurate and timely reporting to training data and activities to senior leadership team.
  8. Manage expenses to ensure that we are within AOP budget.

 

Education:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration or other relevant degrees.

 

JOB EXPERIENCE

  1. Preferably 10+ years of commercial experience in sales, marketing, sales training, human resources, distributor management or relevant background.
  2. Knowledge of instructional design, development & delivery of training programs.
  3. Experience and passionate for conducting training and facilitation.
  4. Experience working in cross-cultural and matrix organization.
  5. Experience in project management and change management.
