FP&A Analyst, APAC

Job Purpose

This role is responsible for leading, analyzing and managing the Financial Planning and Analysis function of all Teleflex operations in Asia Pacific (APAC). This includes to guide the budget, forecasting and consolidation processes for the market, so as to drive consistency and alignment of planning and reporting with globally defined planning processes. The position is based in Teleflex Singapore office and will have experience of over ten years of a multi-location financial structure

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to) the following:

• Assist in the development of Strategic Plan, Business Review and planning cycle
• Responsible for timely, accurate management reporting that includes weekly sales estimates, monthly regional P&L and financial trends reports to Global/Regional management
• Report on key monthly financial deliverables like New Products, Price Volume, OPEX etc. for the region
• Driving financial analysis for new products and post-launch tracking
• Collecting Intercompany purchases and PII projection for quarterly forecast and AOP
• Improving current practices by driving better accuracy and streamlining of processes
• Maintaining Business Intelligence Database and responsible for providing monthly BI and Tableau analytical reports
• Partner with commercial team to develop, and continuously improve budgeting and forecasting processes through effective collaboration and communication
• Supporting delivery of regional financial projects, and on reviews/presentations decks as and when required by the business
• To support all ad-hoc request on analysis and forecasting

Essential Skills / Experience

• Professional degree in Accounting and Finance
• 5-6 years of relevant experience in a similar position with an International multi-location Group
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to participate with others in projects and innovation
• Ability to communicate and present reports & ideas
• Keen to learn, independent, and proactive in collaboration with different functional teams
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power Point, Hyperion, BI tools. Experience in SAP would be an added advantage
