APAC Program Manager

SUMMARY:

The incumbent will manage assigned improvement projects and initiatives across the commercial organization within APAC region. This role will interface with key stakeholders to ensure that projects run successfully and meet the company performance indicators under People, Quality, Service and Value.  

The primary role is to identify, evaluate, develop, implement and drive strategic initiatives and recommendations at a regional level and align globally.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Manage assigned strategic projects and initiatives across the commercial organization in the APAC region.

•Drive projects to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations.

•Develop business case/Cost Benefit Analysis.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain and other defined stakeholders to ensure project delivery and success.

•Apply Project Management methodologies to deliver projects in a structured manner.

•Develop and manage project plans, including budgets, work breakdown structures, project schedules, and resource plans.

•Organize and build plans to address the resourcing and capability requirements for projects.

•Surface project interdependencies and work with senior stakeholders to identify ways to manage prioritization and trade off decisions.

•Manage project risks and issues by developing and implementing mitigation strategies.

•Communicates accurate and timely project status, issues, risks and scope changes to Senior Program Manager and relevant project stakeholders.

•Coach and mentor project team members to build their capability and drive ongoing engagement.

•Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS, ESSENTIAL SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

•Bachelor's degree required

•Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE II)

•At least 10 years experience in developing business case/Cost Benefit Analysis and leading projects.

•Proven track record of successful project delivery using project management methodologies from initialization to closure.

•Experience in matrixed organizations with a focus on working with cross-functional teams.

•Ability to foster and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management and staff.

•Skilled communicator with proven track record of driving achievement of objectives.

•Incredible stakeholder management skills.

•Organized and meticulous.

•A growth mindset and strategic thinker who can balance pragmatic delivery.

•Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines.

•10% Travel.
