About the Role
This is more than recruiting—it’s about shaping the future of Teleflex across LATAM. As a Recruiter, you will serve as a trusted talent advisor and brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional, high-touch experience for both candidates and hiring leaders across the region.
You will play a critical role in building diverse talent pipelines, driving hiring strategies aligned to business growth, and ensuring a seamless, engaging recruitment experience in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Principal Responsibilities

•    Lead end-to-end recruitment across Latin America, including sourcing, engagement, screening, and presenting top-tier, diverse talent. 
•    Develop and execute localized sourcing strategies that reflect regional market trends and talent availability. 
•    Build strong partnerships with hiring leaders, providing consultative guidance and market insights to influence hiring decisions. 
•    Proactively identify and engage passive candidates, building long-term talent pipelines across key markets. 
•    Facilitate strategic intake and calibration sessions to align hiring plans with short- and long-term business objectives. 
•    Coach hiring managers on effective interviewing, selection, and inclusive hiring practices. 
•    Leverage digital platforms and social channels to elevate Teleflex’s employer brand across LATAM. 
•    Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring clear, consistent, and culturally aware communication throughout the process.
•    Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, engagement, screening and presenting high-quality, diverse talent to hiring managers for selection.
•    Utilize sourcing tools to proactively connect with candidates and build relationships that convert passive candidates to hires.
•    Facilitate high-quality recruiting strategy meetings by identifying sourcing and recruiting plans to meet short-and long-term business objectives.
•    Build relationships with stakeholders to demonstrate the value of having a talent acquisition advisor and to better align talent to business needs.
•    Coach Hiring Managers on the interview and selection process to ensure optimal selection of top talent.
•    Advocate for and contribute to Teleflex's employer value proposition and core values.
•    Ability to source talent through social media channels and continually network with internal and external talent to build a proactive pipeline.
•    Provide excellent candidate care throughout the Recruiting process

Education / Experience Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
•    Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting Latin American markets.
•    Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or medical device industries is a plus.
•    Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese (written and spoken) is required.

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

•    Proven expertise with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and digital recruiting technologies (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor).
•    Strong Boolean search and talent mapping capabilities.
•    Solid understanding of regional/country employment practices and regulations 
•    High level of adaptability, cultural awareness, and ability to work across multiple countries and stakeholders.
•    Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
