Position Summary
Provides assistance in inbound, warehouse, and outbound logistics activities, including goods receipt processing, inbound and outbound transportation, reverse logistics, and inventory management.
Principal Responsibilities
• People and teams: Proactively develop organizational capabilities to deliver results now and in the future.
• Quality: Demonstrates initiative and critical thinking to analyze challenges, develop solutions, and institutionalize SOP compliance and practices to deliver the highest quality products and results.
• Service: Drives continuous improvement of Teleflex's L&D processes, ensuring efficient and compliant processes are implemented that deliver high-impact value while protecting TFX's interests.
• Courage: Demonstrates initiative and critical thinking to analyze cost issues, develop solutions, and deliver improved results.
• It exemplifies Teleflex's values and ensures a fair, open and productive climate. It guarantees an ethical and law-abiding environment.
• Updates SAP shipments and stock information.
• Shipment tracking.
• Coordinate and verify storage location transfers.
• Supports monitoring of warehouse best practices.
• Create logistics reports.
• Assists outbound, transport, warehouse and inbound logistics processes.
• Supports Teleflex's global, regional and local initiatives
• Supports other functional areas within Teleflex through joint projects.
• Supports the overall growth of Teleflex's global, regional and local market.
• Supports process improvement opportunities that drive better cost and better service.
Education / Experience Requirements
• Logistics Technologist or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred.
• Previous experience in logistics.
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
• Proficient knowledge of Excel.
• Great attention to detail.
• Able to meet deadlines and complete tasks accurately.
• Sense of urgency.
• Proactivity.
• Resilience.
• Basic knowledge on ERP systems, SAP preferred.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• English (Intermediate level).
• Spanish is a plus.
