Position Summary

Responsible 100% for the UROLIFT sales and promotion in Chile
• Assist in the execution of the development and growth of the new and current direct accounts in Chile as directed by the Regional Sales Director.

Principal Responsibilities

•    Promote, develop and protect share in all assigned accounts and to reach assigned target.
•    Develop and identify with KOL for clinical support and to establish and complete courses with clinical cases (aligned with Neotract Pathway for Urolift), and to follow established protocols with clinicians
•    To coordinate with CMA and MDM’s with regards to clinical education and product training.
•    Knowledge of main competitor products and share of market
•    Building strong relationships with clinicians to understand opportunity and ways to reach and overachieve goals
•    To provide commercial activity updates as required.

Education / Experience Requirements

•    Bachelor's Degree
•    5-7 years of proven clinical experience in a related environment
•    Proven sales history with specialized niche hospital products & experience to establish relations with surgeons (especially with Urology), experience to assist surgeon on new technology  
•    Product training and standardization experience preferred
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills (Spanish and English)
•    Basic proficiency in CRM/SalesForce, MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
