Position Summary

Achieve the sales goals established for SOLA (South of Latin America) region by coordinating dealers as well as Teleflex internal areas in order to contribute with LATAM sales objectives and as well as adding value to customers experience in the region.

Principal Responsibilities

1. Managing Distributors to achieve their purchasing goals and objectives periodically to maintain business focus.
2. Establish the necessary pricing strategies for the distributor to guarantee the achievement of Teleflex's financial objectives.
3. Coordinate the preparation and delivery of monthly and quarterly sales forecasts by distributor to guarantee the availability of products (inventories) and guarantee the information corresponding to the forecast and financial objectives of LATAM.
4. Plan and coordinate the development of the business plan to obtain the health records (initial and renewals) of Teleflex products and ensure that the requirements of the Business Unit and Trade Compliance are met.
5. Promote product education in the Distributor's sales team so that they can transmit the advantages and benefits of the solutions offered by Teleflex with healthcare professionals.
6. Ensure compliance with the processes and confirmations of purchase orders and responses from the Customer Service area to guarantee customer service and experience.
7. Ensure the application of Teleflex's Trade Compliance policies, Sales Terms and Conditions and Procedures with customers in order to ensure alignment with Teleflex's control and compliance system.
8. Lead the efforts of all areas involved in the sales processes in order to guarantee solutions and the customer experience.
 

Education / Experience Requirements

•    Bachelor's degree or Industrial Engineering (biomedical, health areas, economics)
•    Experience of at least 5 years in:

    management of international distribution networks
    work environments of multinational companies, preferably with Trade Compliance Policies in force in the USA.
    Medical supplies (desirable)
    Sales in hospitals and dealing with clinical staff
    Experience with South of Latin America (SOLA) health care market.

•    Advanced / fluent English
 

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

Soft skills: Good dealings with people, sense of humor, resilience, trustworthy & demanding.
Good spelling, sales oriented and short and medium term goals. Fluent English. Ability and availability to work at home
Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology, as well as clinical treatments (Surgery, anesthesia, interventionism, respiratory therapy)
