Interventional Urology – NeoTract is dedicated to developing innovative, minimally invasive and clinically effective devices that address unmet needs in the field of urology. As part of the Teleflex Interventional Urology business unit, NeoTract’s focus is on improving the standard of care for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) using the UroLift® System, a minimally invasive, permanent implant system that treats symptoms while preserving sexual function*1,2. Indicated for the treatment of symptoms of an enlarged prostate up to 100cc in men 45 years or older. As with any medical procedure, individual results may vary. Most common side effects are temporary and include pain or burning with urination, blood in the urine, pelvic pain, urgent need to urinate and/or the inability to control the urge.1 Rare side effects, including bleeding and infection, may lead to a serious outcome and may require intervention. Position Summary

The Sr. Manager, Strategic Accounts establishes NeoTract (Teleflex Interventional Urology) and UroLift brands within the Urology market.  This key role partners with Sr. Leadership, Sales leadership and Marketing to develop strategies for undefined and defined markets. This person develops and maintains key relationships to support direct report and through Sales leadership, field execution.  This key role will be integral to shaping the future and continued rapid adoption of the UroLift® system by driving near-term execution while developing and refining commercial strategy 18 -24 months ahead of the field Sales team.

Principal Responsibilities

•    Partner with internal teams (Sr. Leadership, Marketing, CMA, Training) to identify key strategies and opportunities, and assess sales potential across the US market
•    Partner closely with identified accounts to identify best practices for patient selection criteria as well as develop effective patient education activities (both internally and externally)
•    Partner closely with the Reimbursement team to develop key physician activities that drive favorable third-party payer reimbursement status for the UroLift system
•    Develop and implement strategies that accelerate account revenue and exceed national average growth rates of similar account profiles
•    Lead, develop, implement, maintain and negotiate the Specialty Networks (UroGPO) strategy
•    Achieve quarterly sales goals and ensure assigned Strategic Account Managers meet or exceed sales objectives
•    Keep the company informed of market dynamics and competitive activity
•    Develop and maintain clinical and technical expertise by attending company product training sessions
•    Build high performing and company leading (Hire, Train and Develop) team of Strategic Account Managers
•    Prepare, analyze, and compiling data projections and other relevant information and submit reports to sales management and Sr. Leadership.

Education / Experience Requirements

•    Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
•    Minimum of ten years of sales and five of management experience preferred
•    Senior sales executive experience with a track record of driving sales revenue through new product launches

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

•    Ability to create a winning sales teams in the medical device field
•    Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and retain a world-class sales organization
•    Ability to develop and leverage key customer relationships and collaborate cross-functionally
•    Proficient in applying data and field information to create effective physician outreach strategies and guiding team members in setting smart priorities for success 
•    Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and online database sales information and tracking tools
•    Effective strategic planning, self-organizational, and personal management skills.  
•    Requires at least 50% travel.
