Interventional Urology – NeoTract is dedicated to developing innovative, minimally invasive and clinically effective devices that address unmet needs in the field of urology. Indicated for the treatment of symptoms of an enlarged prostate up to 100cc in men 45 years or older. As with any medical procedure, individual results may vary. Most common side effects are temporary and include pain or burning with urination, blood in the urine, pelvic pain, urgent need to urinate and/or the inability to control the urge.1 Rare side effects, including bleeding and infection, may lead to a serious outcome and may require intervention. Position Summary

The Sales and Pricing Analyst supports sales strategies and tactics for product inquiries, quotations, and all related full cycle transactional processes. As an integral member of the Sales Operation team, this position supports analyzing and improving pricing processes while interacting regularly with Sales, Customer Service, Sales Tax, Legal, and Finance teams. This position requires strong analytical skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Principal Responsibilities

•    Conduct follow-up calls with all stakeholders and research pricing issues as needed.
•    Partner with Customer Service, Finance, and Sales to improve and support accounting pricing processes.
•    Interpret financial & operational metrics / results to drive change / behavior.
•    Propose rebate commitment agreements based upon historical and future sales forecasts
•    Collaborate with the Finance team to maintain Sales team member territory account and customer affiliation alignment in an ERP
•    Provide and support business recommendations based on pricing policy, market activity, and the reimbursement landscape.
•    Process, analyze, and track standard pricing quotes and rebate contracts.
•    Correspond with business partners to review, analyze, and process standard pricing agreements.
•    Amend standard contract templates to include specific vendor information and/or other basic information, and provide feedback to improve and streamline pricing processes.
•    Partner with Legal to ensure outstanding pricing and rebate contracts are tracked and fully executed agreements are in place.
•    Monitor expired contracts and collaborate with responsible parties to extend as needed.
•    Work with Teleflex Pricing team to ensure that pricing is correctly upload in an ERP
•    Calculate rebates, create contracts, and process payments.
•    Analyze volume commitment contract compliance.
•    Archive compliance and contract documents.
•    Administer national and integrated health network contracts, including tracking and processing GPO administration fees.
•    Partner with Finance to prepare rebate accrual/deferred revenue accrual.
•    Calculate rebates based upon the contractual commitments.  Track and submit customer payments. 
•    Manage new or existing database account setups and changes in an ERP (SAP) for US, government, and international accounts, including parent/child and health system or group affiliations (e.g., HCA, Kaiser, etc.).
•    Partner with Finance to assign appropriate sales territory and CRM identifiers for NeoTract accounts.
•    Verify contract pricing status and apply existing contracted group where applicable in an ERP (QAD) for ease of order processing by Customer Service.
•    Partner with Finance to maintain payment terms, account exceptions, and other account updates.
•    Partner with Finance and Sales Tax to manage account tax exemption updates.
•    Maintain Master Physician List in Excel, including scrubbing websites for key data and customer segmentation.
•    Apply appropriate data cleansing tools to review and audit customer master data, research potential duplicate records, and ensure compliance with naming and address standards.
•    Partner with cross-functional teams to complete vendor registration forms and online portal requests for customers to set up NeoTract as a vendor in their systems.

Education / Experience Requirements

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance; or equivalent experience.
•    At least 1-2 years of experience in the pricing, customer service, contracting, and GPO administration; preferably in the medical device industry.

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

•    Ability to follow protocol when supporting unfamiliar or challenging customer inquiries.
•    Strong customer orientation.
•    Ability to communicate results and provide recommendations to senior management.
•    Successful track record of wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills; quick learner and self-starter.
•    Strong attention to detail.
•    Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP a plus. 
•    Responsible for performing all duties in compliance with FDA’s Quality System Regulation (QSR), ISO13485, the Canadian Medical Device Regulations, and all other international regulatory requirements with which NeoTract complies.
