Interventional Urology – NeoTract is dedicated to developing innovative, minimally invasive and clinically effective devices that address unmet needs in the field of urology. Indicated for the treatment of symptoms of an enlarged prostate up to 100cc in men 45 years or older. As with any medical procedure, individual results may vary. Most common side effects are temporary and include pain or burning with urination, blood in the urine, pelvic pain, urgent need to urinate and/or the inability to control the urge.1 Rare side effects, including bleeding and infection, may lead to a serious outcome and may require intervention. Position Summary

The Corporate Accounts Manager will play a vital role in evolving, implementing, and growing new business agreements while cultivating long-term relationships with key customers.  The Manager will lead a variety of projects, while collaborating closely with the Teleflex Corporate Accounts Team to secure new and existing agreements. Overall, the Manager will be responsible for leading account strategy, relationship development, KPI enablement, and focused communication with key customers.

Principal Responsibilities

•    Manage the contracting process from start to finish with national accounts, acting as the conduit between all stakeholders, including legal, corporate account directors, and sales management.
•    Produce and maintain accountability for all financial, operational, and strategic communication materials delivered to our customers in collaboration with the Teleflex Corporate Accounts Team and Director of Sales Operations
•    Drive sales growth with targeted national account customers
•    Coordinate with internal, cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales Operations, Finance, and various Commercial Teams to ensure alignment of goals and objectives and obtain buy-in across the organization
•    Generate insights into areas of opportunity: understanding business performance and drivers, customer needs and areas of interest, market and regulatory trends, competitive dynamics and emerging companies or technologies
•    Accountable to lead the contract negotiating process with multifaceted constituents and business unit leaders
•    Investigating and resolving queries and issues raised by customer
•    Provide timely, accurate, and concise information to senior executive management that demonstrate action and opportunity
•    Analyzing market data and developing annual revenue and market penetration goals
•    Developing and presenting business reviews with assigned clients
•    Collaborate with the Manager of Pricing on strategic vision and execution
•    Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested by the Director of Sales Operations

Education / Experience Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience, required, MBA a plus
•    5-7 + years of experience across roles in strategy, medical devices, finance or investments, or related fields with a track record of outstanding performance
•    Experience with medical devices or healthcare required

•    Proven ability to foster collaboration, value others perspective and gain support and buy-in for organization proposals, including being the subject matter expert for redlining the terms & conditions process
•    Demonstrated ability to assess and evaluate new opportunities, including assessing potential partnerships and negotiating and executing deals
•    Demonstrated ability to manage and execute on partnerships post-agreement
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability and comfort presenting to senior leadership
•    Strong focus on culture and employee engagement
•    Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
•    Ability to interact and articulate clearly with prospects and clients at all levels
•    Strong organizational and analytical skills that, and the ability to drive results, think strategically and execute
•    Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with QAD a plus.
