Interventional Urology – NeoTract is dedicated to developing innovative, minimally invasive and clinically effective devices that address unmet needs in the field of urology. Indicated for the treatment of symptoms of an enlarged prostate up to 100cc in men 45 years or older. As with any medical procedure, individual results may vary. Most common side effects are temporary and include pain or burning with urination, blood in the urine, pelvic pain, urgent need to urinate and/or the inability to control the urge.1 Rare side effects, including bleeding and infection, may lead to a serious outcome and may require intervention. Position Summary

The Marketing Project Specialist will work closely with the Market Development Team to create, manage and execute Co-Marketing (co-op) initiatives.  Requires a high focus on execution and collaboration with the Market Development Sales Team.   

Principal Responsibilities

•    Support the overall co-marketing program, including tracking the program budget and performance of UroLift co-marketing efforts
•    Assist with the day-to-day activities and collaborate closely with marketing and smay collabortate sales counterparts on program execution and optimization
•    Oversee activities to support available co-marketing vehicles, including digital, direct mail, print, email, and TV
•    Coordinate co-marketing advertising requirements with Market Development Team
•    Interact with the MDM and may interact with sales team to support the execution of marketing strategies and activities 
•    Assist with the execution of marketing for all participating providers, including creative content, toll-free tracking numbers, landing page requirements and campaign performance analysis
•    Compile and analyze campaign ROIs for internal and customer review to support co-marketing advertising program participation.
•    Conduct daily communication with MDM team to plan and execute co-marketing activities
•    Work to deliver high satisfaction with the co-marketing advertising program 

Education / Experience Requirements

•    College degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
•    Minimum 2-year experience in marketing campaign and/or content marketing environment.
•    Medical Device or Biotechnology experience is preferred.

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

•    Proficient in Microsoft office (i.e. including Microsoft Word, excel and PowerPoint)
•    High customer focus, detail-oriented, collaboration and sense of urgency 
•    Analytical with the ability to oversee program analytics 
•    Customer service mindset with the ability to effectively handle complaints and challenges
