Position Summary
As an integral member of the Marketing team, the Global Healthcare Professional (HCP) Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing plans, key programs and deliverables that will help drive growth in the BPH market by supporting HCPs in the U.S, and through targeted global support. In close partnership with the Marketing Communications team, this important strategic role will drive the development, review, and guidance of customer-facing content, including and not limited to sales-enablement and brand marketing content. A data-driven and high-performance mindset is essential for this role as is collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-impact programs and training tools used in customer interactions. Strong attention to detail, a teamwork approach and the appropriate measure of professional assertiveness and diplomacy will be key to success in this role.
Principal Responsibilities
• Be the BPH content expert that guides, creates, and delivers tools and programs to support sales engagement of HCPs and lead generation via multiple channels
• Creates highly professional HCP-facing presentations via a strong sense of slide design, professional writing, and attention to detail.
• Develop and lead the execution of measurable, multi-channel communications strategies and campaigns targeted to HCPs to support the business goals
• Strategize and develop key professional-grade customer facing presentation content often in PowerPoint presentations and in other communication forms requiring a strong sense of slide design, professional writing, and attention to detail.
• Develop a deep understanding of the clinical data and market research that exist today and, in the future, to drive differentiated strategies and tactics
• Partnering with the Product team, develop a thorough understanding of the competition and develop action plans and strategies to address competitive threats and translate them into actionable field strategies and messaging
• Partner with the analytics team, including sales operations, to evaluate and report the effectiveness of campaigns on the necessary cadence to track program success
• Contribute to developing marketing plans and strategies that are aligned with business goals and objectives
• Assist and contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing practices within the organization
• Ensure working knowledge of current digital marketing environment and dynamics, including prevailing HCP channels, usage habits, and advertising approaches for a productive partnership with the digital team.
• Manage and organize workflow of creative assignments from initiation of the project plan through development, the med-legal review process, and delivery of finished creative materials
• Brand partner to various customer facing cross functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Sales Training, Reimbursement). Must be expert in presentation development and delivery
• Adhere to state, federal, Advamed, Eucamed, company, and industry organization policies with respect to sales and physician materials, physician events, dinners, receptions, promotions, market research, physician payments, and other related activities
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education / Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical work experience
• At least eight years of life science experience in direct-to-physician marketing preferred; field experience is a plus
• Experience managing marketing activities within a highly regulated environment is highly preferred

• Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to own projects from beginning-to-end in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to think outside the box to determine how to do things better and more efficiently
• Expertly skilled at PowerPoint with an eye for design and attention to detail
• Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize workload and deliver assigned projects and work on time
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, confident executive presence, and ability to communicate with and influence senior leaders.
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
• Ability to manage travel and expenses per approved budget
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $110,000 - $155,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will also include benefits such as medical, prescription drug, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, participation in 401(k) savings plan, and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO, short- and long-term disability and parental leave, dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
