Indicated for the treatment of symptoms of an enlarged prostate up to 100cc in men 45 years or older. As with any medical procedure, individual results may vary. Most common side effects are temporary and include pain or burning with urination, blood in the urine, pelvic pain, urgent need to urinate and/or the inability to control the urge.1 Rare side effects, including bleeding and infection, may lead to a serious outcome and may require intervention. Position Summary

The Environmental Health Safety (EHS) Coordinator is responsible for assisting the EHS Specialist with tasks related to safety and environmental hazards in the workplace as well as administrative needs for recordkeeping, audits, permits, ergonomics and injury & illness. Contribute and implement to the EHS Training Plans.

Principal Responsibilities

•    Practice safe working techniques and re-enforce the safety policies, guidelines, and procedures as set out by the Company. Provide guidance and direction with EHS programs at the employee / supervisory level to ensure a common and effective approach to have a safe working environment.
•    Assist in the compliance process and responsible for coordinating regulatory programs and its applications to all employees, and take the lead in mitigating EHS gap analysis, correcting deficiencies, perform daily and monthly safety inspections 
•    Maintain records of safety performance and regularly report results and trends to company management, all logs and documentation associated with permits and regulatory requirements are maintained according to OSHA regulations pertaining to recordkeeping.
•    Knowledge in Industrial hygiene sampling activities and related processes
•    Assist with review of accidents and incidents which occur along with assisting with reporting the corrective actions
•    Maintain and update as needed SOP’s for all safe work practices and equipment and utilize them in the day-to-day training
•    Participate in the development of safety guidelines and related environmental health and safety communications and educational information
•    Develop, coordinate and present training programs in general safety and site-specific training as it relates to health and safety.
•    Support facility growth and expansion
     o    Air permitting (when applicable)
     o    Recycling/Waste minimization activities
     o    Regulatory Issues
     o    Safety equipment
•    Perform other duties as requested

Education / Experience Requirements

•    Associates or Bachelor's degree in Occupational safety, or equivalent experience
•    2 or more years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, leading environmental and safety compliance
•    OSHA General Industry 10 hours 

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

•    Understanding of local, state and federal OSHA rules and regulations
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload
•    Ability to flex training styles to audience to increase learning and maximize understanding
•    Must have strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
