Position Summary

Performs daily clerical duties in support of Value-Add Services (VAS). Communicates with Customer Service Department  to resolve discrepancies. Re-boxes and marries products. Assembles kits to support demand planning forecast. Processes customer returns.

Principal Responsibilities

•    Process shipments using SAP.
•    Process customer returns.
•    Assembles kits of products.
•    Organizes and prioritizes tasks throughout the day, ability to multi-task.
•    Actions must reflect consideration of FDA regulations, GMP’s,  and company policies and procedures.
•    Ability to make informed decisions with little or no direct supervision
•    Ability to make informed decisions on assembling products in a kit and marrying products.
•    Ability to reprint manufacturing labels using Kallik or Bar Tender.
•    Uses SAP proficiently for confirming lines on orders, generating packing list.
•    Ability to navigate through SAP to research inventory and make inventory adjustments.
•    Notifies customer service of inventory discrepancies for materials required on orders using SharePoint.
•    Ability to respond to customer service requests in a timely manner.
•    Assemble kits.
•    Ability to communicate with other departments effectively both within the DC, and outside of the DC.
•    Effectively maintain individual safety
•    Support daily Lean 5-S requirements
•    Maintain compliance with all company state and federal regulations.
•    Assists in training other associates as required.
•    Other duties as assigned.
 

Education / Experience Requirements

•    Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.  
•    Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook).
•    Proficient in the transactions to process and make changes to customer orders in SAP.
•    Proficient in using RF technology to process customer orders. 
 

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

•    Ability to work in a team environment, and work with little supervision. 
•    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.  Also requires pushing and operating a pallet jack or carts.
•    Ability to read, write, and speak English
•    Communicate clearly and effectively with other employees in the distribution center.
•    Attention to detail and accuracy.
•    Ability to communicate with other departments effectively both within the DC, and outside of the DC.

Personal Protective Equipment Requirements:
•    Steel toed shoes
•    Gloves as required
•    Safety vest
