Position Summary

Performs daily clerical, analytical, and execution support for NADC inbound receiving operations. Serves as a primary point of contact for inbound escalations and system research. Processes and validates inbound activity in SAP and Blue Yonder, reconciles Purchase Orders and Advance Shipment Notices, researches IPN and receipt discrepancies, may support iDoc and transaction failure resolution. Demonstrates ability to drive behaviors through curiosity, initiative, ownership and accountability, and servant leadership.

Principal Responsibilities

•    Receive and process inbound shipments in SAP and Blue Yonder. Verify Purchase Order and Advance Shipment Notice accuracy against received product.
•    Organize and prioritize inbound receiving, put-away support, research, and escalation activity throughout the day.
•    Determine, distinguish, and disburse receipts based on operational needs, storage requirements, and inbound priorities.
•    Perform work in alignment with FDA regulations, GMP requirements, company policies, safety standards, SOPs, work instructions, SLAs, and leader standard work.
•    Make informed decisions within role scope with limited direct supervision. Escalate exceptions with facts, impact, and recommended next steps.
•    Research and resolve IPN, PO, ASN, receipt, and status discrepancies between SAP and Blue Yonder.
•    Resolve SAP and Blue Yonder inbound discrepancies by identifying root cause and coordinating corrective action with Inbound, Inventory Control, Quality, Planning, IT, or SAP and Blue Yonder support teams.
•    Reconcile open Purchase Orders and Advance Shipment Notices between SAP and Blue Yonder. Track aging items and follow up through closure.
•    Correct receiving errors with support from the Inbound Lead or Supervisor when required.
•    Navigate SAP and Blue Yonder reporting tools to support daily inbound statistics, workload status, and operational follow-up.
•    Notify the Inbound Lead, Supervisor, Inventory Control, or Quality of inventory discrepancies identified during receiving or system research.
•    Securely and accurately stage received product for put-away based on storage, handling, lot control, and quality requirements.
•    Correctly label and identify received product with appropriate lot, Purchase Order, ASN, and IPN information.
•    Communicate when inbound receipts have been audited and are ready for put-away.
•    Communicate with logistics carriers and freight forwarders regarding inbound delivery schedules, shipment documentation, and receipt discrepancies.
•    Read and interpret SAP and Blue Yonder transaction reports to validate inbound receipt accuracy.
•    Use curiosity to complete basic problem solving and identify process improvement opportunities tied to inbound accuracy, timeliness, and adherence.
•    Show initiative by driving assigned work, reports, discrepancy queues, and follow-ups to completion.
•    Demonstrate ownership and accountability by supporting training, assessing process adherence, documenting misses, and reinforcing standard work.
•    Practice servant leadership by assisting associates, supporting team readiness, and helping remove barriers to safe, accurate work.
•    Assist in training associates as required.
•    Other duties as assigned.

Education / Experience Requirements

•    High School Diploma or equivalent required.
•    Intermediate computer skills required, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
•    Proficient in SAP and Blue Yonder transactions for inbound receiving, Purchase Order, ASN, discrepancy research, and status validation.
•    Proficient in RF technology used to process inbound receipts.
•    Ability to read, write, and speak English.
•    Working knowledge of Snowflake for generating and interpreting inbound KPI reports.
•    Ability to research and resolve iDoc, interface, and SAP and Blue Yonder system discrepancies.
•    Basic problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify issue type, collect facts, assign root cause, and recommend corrective action.

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

•    Ability to work in a team environment and work with little supervision.
•    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
•    Ability to push and operate a pallet jack and/or carts.
•    Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with associates, leads, supervisors, carriers, freight forwarders, and cross-functional partners.
•    Attention to detail, accuracy, follow-through, and documentation discipline.
•    Ability to communicate with other departments inside and outside of the distribution center.
•    Ability to work overtime during the workweek or weekend based on business needs.
•    All employees, regardless of position, must wear safety shoes on the production floor.
