Position Summary

The Training & Education Coordinator will possess structure, attention to detail, quality focus, high energy, and flexibility to a high-paced deadline-driven organization. Your daily routine will include interaction with various executive-level internal clients across the lines of businesses. You will need to adapt procedures, processes, and techniques to complete assignments in line with the department's activities and goals.

Principal Responsibilities

•    Maintain calendars and coordinate meetings, webinars, and conference calls
•    Prepare agendas, capture, and publish minutes, and prioritize schedules as necessary. Orders meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and refreshments, as appropriate. Sets up meetings and collects presentations in advance
•    Develop and process presentations, letters, documents, spreadsheets, charts, and reports using Microsoft Office software
•    Arrange business travel, including necessary reservations
•    Prepare, process, and complete expense reports for assigned staff through the expense reporting system
•    Prepare invoices and check requests and submits purchase requisitions
•    Maintain existing and create new files, contact lists, itineraries, and mailings as needed
•    Manage projects, monitor deadlines and track progress toward task completion, communicating with management as appropriate
•    Act as main point of contact for the field sales team, provide onboarding and offboarding of employees, provide information and resources and develop tools that enable the team to function effectively
•    Training & Education activities including but not limited to: support of new hire and legacy rep training, including responsibility for assessment, pre and post-work tracking and logistics, sales force communications, training logistics, and post surveys
•    Sales enablement tool management, for example, ACTO, responsibilities include content management and deployment, tracking and analytics, communications, and various other project management
•    Complete other duties as assigned
 

Education / Experience Requirements

•    A minimum of 1 year of business or office administration experience
•    Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field; or the equivalent job-related experience
 

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

•    Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
•    Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
•    Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization
•    Must possess strong organizational and anticipatory skills
•    Must display a customer focused, collaborative approach
