The Total Talent Specialist is responsible for providing support through the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities based on workforce needs. Additionally, the Total Talent Specialist facilitates a variety of logistical and recruitment activities to service the business. Hiring needs may range from temporary workers to full-time permanent employees. The Total Talent Specialist will manage the relationship between approved agencies and vendors.

Principal Responsibilities


•    Assist with recruitment and interview process whether handling process in-house or in partnership with an agency/vendor.
•    Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews 
•    Review applicants against the position requirements and qualifications. Conduct phone interviews as needed. Forward qualified applicants to Hiring Manager for review, depending on the position. 
•    Manage the offer process, including creating and routing offer letters for approval.
•    Coordinate background, drug, and reference checking processes.
•    Arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation.
•    Coordinate/Manage all aspects of the on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
•    Provide other administrative support as needed.
•    Create, edit, and post positions to Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately and within the specified timeframe(s) with proper approval channels. 
•    Ensure candidate follows appropriate workflow within ATS. 
•    Create and manage basic metrics reporting. 

 Agency/Vendor Management:

•    Negotiate agency/vendor contracts as needed. 
•    Manage relationships with current and potential agencies/vendors. 
•    Ensure the agency/vendor is following proper procedures as outlined in the agreement terms and conditions, company policies and standards, and applicable laws and regulations on a continuous basis. 
•    Track, measure, and report on agency/vendor performance. 
•    Act as liaison with the agency/vendor to resolve daily operational issues. 

 Recruitment Marketing: 

•    Utilize proprietary software for mobile and email campaigning to talent communities. 
•    Work with local universities/colleges and technical programs as well as other resources in sharing career opportunities. 
•    Post positions to external resources such as job boards, social networking sites, etc. 
•    Other duties as assigned.

Education / Experience Requirements

•    High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
•    Minimum of one year of experience in a business or office environment utilizing the required customer service and administrative skills.

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

•    Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within talent acquisition preferred. 
•    Knowledge of contingent workforce processes when working with the agency/vendor preferred
•    Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.
