Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the talent acquisition process through comprehensive pre-hire and post-hire activities. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth, compliant, and transparent candidate experience from offer acceptance through the onboarding phase.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a key resource for managing pre-employment screening, onboarding logistics, and recruitment operations, delivering a service-focused experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.


This is a six-month position and will be based out of the Morrisville, NC office.

Principal Responsibilities

Recruitment and Interview Coordination:
o    Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews for recruiters and hiring managers.
o    Support candidate communication and progress updates with hiring managers and the internal recruitment team.
•    Offer and Background Process Management:
o    Manage background checks, drug screenings, and reference checks, promptly resolving issues as needed.


Onboarding Support:
o    Coordinate all aspects of the onboarding processes, ensuring timely completion of steps within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
o    Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic files throughout the onboarding process.
o    Manage travel arrangements, accommodations, and other logistics as needed.


Administrative Support:
o    Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing documents, managing calendars, and responding to queries via phone and email.
o    Provide other administrative support as needed or assigned.


Continuous Improvement and Compliance Initiatives:
o    Maintain a current understanding of OFCCP regulations and ensure all recruitment activities follow compliance and federal guidelines 
o    Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify areas of opportunity in reporting and technology use, implementing solutions for improved data management.
o    Ensure that recruitment processes are secure, compliant, and consistent, supporting the global talent acquisition team.
 

Education / Experience Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.  A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience in a business or office environment emphasizing customer service and administrative skills.
  • 2+ years working in a Coordinating, Talent, Human Resources, or related position
  • Experience with MS Office- Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs, and charts is strongly preferred

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills to develop data-driven reports and improve processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to support professional interactions and effective reporting.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in the Morrisville, NC office at least 3 days per week.
  • Ability to work independently, managing daily schedules, and meeting deadlines.
  • General knowledge of HR operations, recruitment processes, and data security best practices.
  • Capacity to collaborate with remote teams and support global talent functions.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work with the remote management team
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within talent acquisition is strongly preferred.
  • Ensure a high level of security, accuracy, and efficiency
