Position Summary

The Senior Pricing Coordinator, Contract Services provides advanced administrative and operational support for the administration of Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) agreements in partnership with the Corporate Accounts team. This senior-level role is responsible for the accurate setup, maintenance, and lifecycle management of IDN contracts and associated pricing, serving as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for complex IDN-related inquiries. The Senior Pricing Coordinator operates with a high degree of independence, ensuring contract accuracy, pricing compliance, and customer eligibility alignment across a complex and high-visibility customer segment.

Principal Responsibilities

IDN Contract Administration & Pricing
•    Serve as the primary Contract Services resource supporting the Corporate Accounts team for the end-to-end administration of IDN agreements, including contract setup, pricing configuration, amendments, and renewals.
•    Enter and maintain IDN contract terms, pricing tiers, product eligibility, and customer information in contract management and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Vistex) with a high degree of accuracy.
•    Review and interpret IDN agreement structures, including tiered pricing, volume commitments, and multi-facility configurations, to ensure accurate system setup and compliance with approved terms.

Customer Eligibility & Membership
•    Lead validation of IDN customer eligibility against membership rosters, GPO affiliations, and contract terms; independently resolve complex or ambiguous eligibility scenarios.
•    Reconcile discrepancies related to facility IDs, health system affiliations, and pricing eligibility in coordination with the Membership team.
•    Monitor roster changes, facility additions, and system affiliation updates to ensure contract and pricing records remain current and accurate.

Data & Documentation Integrity
•    Maintain complete and audit-ready electronic records for all IDN contracts, pricing approvals, amendments, and supporting documentation.
•    Lead preparation of audit response packages related to IDN agreements and ensure documentation meets compliance and records retention standards.
•    Identify and resolve data discrepancies in contract or pricing records; escalate systemic issues with recommended solutions.

Cross-Functional Support & Collaboration
•    Act as a primary liaison between Contract Services and the Corporate Accounts team, supporting field-level contract inquiries, pricing questions, and documentation needs with minimal Supervisor oversight.
•    Coordinate with Pricing, Membership, Chargebacks, and Customer Service teams to resolve IDN-related issues and ensure consistent contract execution.
•    Respond to escalated field sales and Corporate Accounts inquiries regarding IDN contract status, pricing terms, and eligibility with accuracy and timeliness.
•    Support cross-functional projects and initiatives as directed, including system implementations, IDN program launches, and process updates.

Education / Experience Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred; Associate’s degree with equivalent experience considered.
•    2+ years of experience in contracts, pricing, or commercial operations in a healthcare or medical device environment.
•    Demonstrated experience with IDN contracting, GPO structures, or health system pricing in a contract administration or pricing operations role.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); hands-on experience with SAP, Salesforce, Vistex, or comparable ERP/CRM platforms required.
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex contract structures, pricing tiers, and eligibility requirements.
•    High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively with Corporate Accounts, Sales, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

•    Familiarity with IDN membership structures, facility hierarchies, and health system affiliation models.
•    Experience supporting a Corporate Accounts, National Accounts, or Strategic Accounts team in a contract or pricing capacity.
•    Knowledge of chargeback processes and distributor contract administration in a medical device or healthcare environment.
•    Demonstrated ability to work independently and provide informal guidance to peers.
