Position Summary

Provide user support and training to internal Teleflex users.

Principal Responsibilities

• Work with team members and business users to resolve ticket requests and provide user support
• Configure based on requirements and ticket requests
• Create and maintain administration and business processes and procedure documentation
• Provide analysis on current business processes, changes, suggest improvements, and participate in the solution design and implementation of new functionality
• Create and maintain training materials, conduct training as needed
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards
• Create and execute on testing plans, procedures, and system testing
• Make changes to data with data loader and other tools

Education / Experience Requirements

• 3+ years implementing, configuring and administering
• Certified Administrators (ADM 201) strongly preferred

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

• experience in configuration, support, and analyst roles
• Experience with Data Analysis and Cleanup
• Experience evaluating, selecting, implementing, integrating, and supporting software solutions
• Experience working directly with internal customers and business owners
• Understanding of general sales and marketing principles
• Experience with Sales and Marketing functionality within
• Ability to multi-task and successfully execute multiple tasks and projects
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail required
