Position Summary

The Product Marketing Manager, Communications will own the development and implementation of marketing communications campaigns in support of the Surgical Business Unit’s overall marketing strategy. This role will operate across both digital and traditional marketing channels, working closely with Product Managers and Marketing Managers to support their communications objectives. To be successful in this role, a candidate must be comfortable working with stakeholders across disciplines, managing competing budgets and timelines across projects, and using data-driven insights to develop campaign execution strategy.

Principal Responsibilities

•    Project Management: Own the day-to-day content development needs of the Surgical marketing team, including vendor management, timeline and budget management, and production process expertise
•    Campaign Development: Lead the implementation of marketing communications campaigns through owned and paid media channels including the use of marketing automation tools, A/B testing, and analytics
•    Campaign Management: Review campaign performance, recommend strategies for optimization and execute updates over the life of the campaign
•    Data Management: Maintain proper tracking on campaign tactics, ensure data cleanliness, and create reports on campaign performance
•    Communication: Keep internal and external stakeholders aware of project status and any challenges, support internal communications initiatives, and maintain corporate communications standards
•    Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales partners to align activities for maximum impact and cross-functional visibility
 

Education / Experience Requirements

•    BA Degree
•    5+ years supporting marketing communications campaigns with at least 2 years managing campaigns
•    Project management experience preferred
•    Graphic design and/or copywriting experience a plus
 

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

•    Proficiency with marketing automation software
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office
•    Proficiency with Google Marketing Platform
•    Superior communication ability
•    Superior project management ability
•    Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
