Vascular Access – Built on a history of innovation, our Arrow® brand of technically advanced vascular access devices are renowned throughout the world. Position Summary
The Product Manager Antimicrobial Protection (PM) within the Vascular Commercial Marketing Team will perform the critical role of leading and managing the Teleflex portfolio of products containing Chlorhexidine Technologies. This PM will be responsible for building awareness of the Teleflex portfolio of antimicrobial products and become a trusted resource to help our customers navigate the new Hospital-Onset Bacteremia and Fungemia (HOB) bloodstream infection (BSI) surveillance measures.
In conjunction with the manager, he/she will define, develop and implement marketing and portfolio strategies including products, programs, and services. Her/his responsibility is to understand current and potential markets, develop and execute the category marketing plans, including market development programs and understanding of competitive offerings and strategies. These strategies will include educational programs and clinical research to build stronger evidence and communicate our story.
This individual is to clearly communicate the portfolio strategic direction and priorities. Close collaboration with cross-functional business partners is critical to personal and business success.

Principal Responsibilities
• Develop and manage the Teleflex Center for Antimicrobial Protection (TCAP) messaging strategy and communications
• Lead all aspects of commercial marketing for the Arrow® Brand of antimicrobial products and the promotion of our educational programs and platforms
• Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Hospital-Onset Bacteremia and Fungemia (HOB), understanding the changing bloodstream infection reporting requirements and associated reimbursement landscape in the US
• Stay informed as the SME and network within the infection prevention community to position Teleflex as a trusted resource and inform industry standards and guidelines
• Build a strong, collaborative relationship with the Sales Force to ensure understanding and execution of HOB strategies and tactics
• Collaborate with Sales Training team to educate on HOB and drive strategy
• Support cross functional development of annual marketing plans
• Conduct and implement market research methods to capture customer needs and business opportunities
• Support and lead aspects of promotion, including digital tool creation, advertising, sales tool creation, demand generation campaigns and KOL Program development and management (in compliance with IPPs and in close partnership with Clinical Medical Affairs) for the portfolios and educational platforms and programs
• Develop, leverage, and maintain key opinion leader (KOL) relationships for voice of customer (VOC) feedback and new idea generation process. Collaborate with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, and Distribution to maintain high service levels.
• Generate and track leads through focused targeting campaigns
• Adhere to and ensure the adherence of Teleflex Code of Ethics, all Company policies, rules, procedures, and housekeeping standards.

Education / Experience Requirements
• 4 year degree
• 3-5 years professional experience including direct experience in marketing, sales, customer service, public relations, and associated areas.
• Experience working in a regulated environment, with healthcare, medical device or pharmaceuticals preferred.
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals
• Strong financial and business acumen
• Excellent project management and execution skills. You will also have expertise in communicating with key stakeholders both internally and externally
• Out-of-box thinker and problem solver
• Excellent writing skills and strong verbal communications
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with high tolerance for change.
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
• Hybrid work schedule (2 days remote, 3 days in-office in Morrisville, NC, USA), relocation assistance available.
• Demonstrate practical application of successful marketing / business / portfolio management concepts and methodologies, as well as knowledge of measurement and analysis of commercial effectiveness.
• Ability to present his/her “case” in both formal presentations and in one-on-one interactions. Strong formal and informal communication skills.
