Position Summary
The Membership Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and managing GPO and IDN membership data across Teleflex’s contracting systems to ensure accurate pricing, payment of administrative fees, and rebate processing across all business units. This role supports membership validation, contract tier assignments, and customer eligibility mapping, playing a critical role in maintaining pricing integrity. The coordinator must understand the indirect sales channel through distributors and how it connects to end-user hospitals, surgery centers, and clinics. Additionally, the Membership Coordinator contributes to implementing strategic pricing hierarchies and continuous process improvements across all systems and customer types.
Principal Responsibilities
Membership Management
• Maintain and update GPO/IDN membership data, including co-IDs, GLNs, and eligibility records, within contract and pricing systems.
• Validate and assign customer tier eligibility in accordance with GPO and IDN agreements.
• Collaborate with the Strategic Pricing & Contract Management team to support accurate pricing and contract tier setup.
Pricing & Compliance Support
• Ensure correct pricing is applied based on validated membership and customer alignment.
• Support compliance by flagging misaligned or ineligible accounts and proactively engaging with Sales and Corporate Accounts to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of a strategic GPO pricing hierarchy across all strategic business units (SBUs).
Systems & Continuous Improvement
• Maintain membership data within ERP and contract administration systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Vistex).
• Participate in user acceptance testing and implementation of system enhancements.
• Support the Manager and team in identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities within membership processes.

Education / Experience Requirements
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in membership, pricing, contracts, or commercial operations; healthcare experience a plus.
• Familiarity with GPO/IDN structures and indirect distribution models is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Vistex).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
• Experience working with healthcare membership rosters, GLNs, or customer hierarchies.
• Understanding of how customer eligibility impacts pricing, rebates, and chargeback processes.
• Exposure to data validation, contract compliance, or pricing audit support.
