Interventional - The Interventional business unit at Teleflex offers innovative medical devices that are used to diagnose and treat coronary and peripheral vascular diseases. We place a strategic emphasis on complex coronary and peripheral interventions, vascular access, bone access, specialty biologic treatments and cardiac assist. Position Summary

Provide executive-level support to enhance the effectiveness of the leadership team and their organizations. 
Managing business unit communication, executive calendar management, email management, and functional 
meeting and event planning, travel arrangements both domestic and international.

Principal Responsibilities

•    You will showcase your world-class relationship skills as you interact with both internal and external stakeholders and exercise your aptitude for strategy as a trusted advisor and administrator to the Interventional Sales, Marketing and Finance teams.
•    Heavy calendaring, scheduling and correspondence, functional event planning, organizing multi-site meetings, staff meetings, including meeting minutes and preparation of materials
•    Email management, communication through writing and editing emails, drafting memos and preparing communications on the Executive’s behalf
•    Maintain rolling action items, ensure deadlines are met and maintain comprehensive and accurate records, documents and reports, 
•    As liaison between the executive and their direct reports or others, exchanges information, transmits directives, instructions and assignments; and follows up on status of assignments.
•    Makes domestic and foreign travel arrangements, prepares itineraries, prepares and compiles travel vouchers, and maintains all travel records.
•    Complete special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging and meeting schedules, monitoring results.
•    Handle basic administrative tasks such as invoices, expense reports, and PTO approvals on behalf of the executive
•    Maintain professional and technical knowledge by learning the Company’s products, attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks.
•    Create/process documents, spreadsheets and reports by collecting and analyzing information maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

•    Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, and written).
Ability to understand the importance of and maintain highly confidential information.
•    Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat with an emphasis on EXCEL and Outlook
•    Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations
•    Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks requiring a high degree of attention to detail
•    Ability to perform duties with initiative and exercise sound judgment
•    Ability to recognize problems, make recommendations and in some cases, independently resolve and implement solutions. 

Education / Experience Requirements

•    Secondary education preferred
•    A minimum of four years of experience in an administrative capacity required
•    Administrative certification such as PACE or CAP preferred
