Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Analytics Manager is an individual contributor who will play a critical role in shaping and optimizing Teleflex’s digital marketing efforts across multiple business units and commercial functions. By leveraging advanced analytics tools and methodologies, the Digital Marketing Analytics Manager will provide insightful analysis and actionable recommendations that drive data-driven decision-making and enhance the performance of Teleflex’s digital marketing strategies.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background, capable of interpreting complex data sets and translating them into clear, impactful insights. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams within the business units to identify key performance indicators, develop dashboards and reporting tools, and conduct in-depth analysis to uncover trends and opportunities for optimization. They will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding our business unit marketing teams with strategic suggestions and best practices to maximize the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of Teleflex.
 

Principal Responsibilities

  • Develop, launch, and maintain a comprehensive enterprise-wide digital analytics strategy to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities across various Business Units and channels, including (but not limited to) social media, web, video, SEO/SEM, email, and paid search.
  • Develop an enterprise-wide platform for collecting and visualizing digital marketing performance data.
  • Create, manage, and optimize dashboards, reports, and analytics tools that provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to business unit marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business unit teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for digital marketing campaigns & projects.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to uncover trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and communicate findings in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and best practices to optimize enterprise and Business Unit digital marketing initiatives, improve campaign performance, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Partner with DX Design and relevant Teleflex Stakeholders to design and deploy customer feedback tools for market research, customer sentiment
  • Partner with DX Design, Platforms, and CRM teams to manage data modeling strategies, providing recommendations on data capture strategies to help augment advanced targeting and segmentation and analysis.
  • Partner with the DX design team during strategic planning to augment customer digital journey plans with an effective measurement and improvement strategy
  • Recommend strategies for conducting A/B testing and other experimental methodologies to measure the impact of changes and new strategies.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting tools, implementing data validation and quality control processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with medical device and digital marketing industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing analytics to continuously improve analytical capabilities.
  • Train and mentor team members and stakeholders on the use of analytics tools and the interpretation of data insights.
  • Act as a liaison between enterprise marketing, IT, other business units, and other Teleflex commercial functions to ensure seamless integration and alignment of analytics tools and strategies. 
     

Education / Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required. Common majors include Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science or Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, IT, and / or Economics
  • 5+ years of experience required
  • Certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or related fields preferred. 

 

 

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

  • Expertise in using digital analytics tools such as: Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SQL for database querying, Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and extracting actionable insights. This includes understanding statistical methods, data mining, and predictive analytics.
  • Experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests or multivariate tests to optimize digital marketing tactics.
  • An understanding of Qualtrics (or comparable survey platform) with the ability to leverage it for marketing research.  This would include survey building, integration, analysis, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and an understanding of website tracking and tagging. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc).
  • Skills in managing and integrating data from various sources, ensuring data quality, and leveraging data warehousing solutions or Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
  • Strong project management skills to oversee analytics projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of reports and insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present data-driven insights and recommendations to non-technical audiences, including senior management and other stakeholders.
