Position Summary

Provides business development and contract management support to the Teleflex Corporate Accounts group. In this role, the Analyst supports Corporate Accounts and Corporate Legal staff to achieve key business and financial objectives through the development and management of strategic business proposal responses for designated corporate customers. The ideal candidate has a wide base of RFI-RFP and data management competencies, effectively manages cross functional projects, and is a positive and flexible self-starter committed to providing superior service.

Principal Responsibilities

•    Develop, coordinate and lead the end-to-end lifecycle of RFP, RFI, and RFQ or similar proposal responses, from intake and requirements analysis through to final delivery.
•    Ensures all proposal deliverables are complete, correct and submitted on time
•    Drive proposal project coordination with multiple departments, including triaging the flow of information, setting and tracking project timelines/milestones, and gathering/assimilating/validating all materials info final presentable files.
•    Follow and ensure compliance to organizational RFI-RFP processes, policies, and procedures.
•    Analyze data, draw sound conclusions, and recommend effective courses of action with respect to proposal risk mitigation, standardization or improvement.
•    Track and store proposal files, tools and correspondence, and develop/maintain proposal databases to integrate and update all such information for future use.
•    Work cross-functionally with stakeholders on all levels to develop, share, clarify and train to best practices, processes, conditions and details within customer/product specific, business unit, and enterprise proposal/contracting hierarchies.
•    Coordinate and monitor the proactive utilization of established tools and protocols, and participate in tool and process development or improvement initiatives to ensure the continued highest quality output for the department
•    Assist in audit, acquisition or divestiture requirements as needed.
•    Additional work activities as assigned by management.

Education / Experience Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, project management, communications, a related field, or equivalent related work experience. Master’s degree preferred.
•    2+ years prior experience in proposal or RFI/RFP management, project management, contract administration, or related role. Med device experience or healthcare experience preferred.
•    Strong editing, writing, and organizational abilities
•    Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
