Position Summary
As the Product Marketing Manager – Clinical Initiatives, you will have a unique opportunity to lead strategic clinical marketing programs that drive adoption of clinically differentiated solutions across the Vascular & Emergency Medicine portfolio. Leveraging your clinical background and healthcare expertise, you will serve as the bridge between clinicians, customers, Medical Affairs, Commercial teams, and Product Development to ensure that clinical evidence, education, and customer insights are translated into impactful marketing strategies.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing clinical initiatives that support product adoption, market development, customer education, and commercial growth. You will collaborate closely with key opinion leaders (KOLs), Clinical Affairs, Medical Affairs, Sales, and Marketing Communications to create compelling clinical value propositions and educational programs that improve patient outcomes and strengthen customer engagement.
You will possess a deep understanding of clinical practice, healthcare delivery, and evidence-based medicine, enabling you to effectively communicate the clinical and economic value of the portfolio to internal and external stakeholders.

Principal Responsibilities
- Lead clinical marketing initiatives that support portfolio growth, customer adoption, and market development objectives.
- Serve as the clinical expert within the marketing organization, translating complex clinical concepts into compelling customer-facing messaging and educational content.
- Partner with Clinical Affairs, Medical Affairs, and KOLs to identify evidence gaps and support clinical evidence generation strategies.
- Develop and execute clinician-focused education programs, training resources, webinars, workshops, and conference activities.
- Collaborate with Marketing Communications to develop clinically relevant content for product launches, campaigns, publications, digital media, and customer education materials.
- Support the creation of clinical value propositions and messaging platforms that clearly communicate patient, provider, and economic benefits.
- Conduct clinical and market research to identify unmet needs, emerging trends, customer insights, and opportunities for portfolio expansion.
- Gather and synthesize voice-of-customer feedback from physicians, nurses, vascular access specialists, and other healthcare stakeholders to inform marketing strategies.
- Partner with Sales and Sales Training teams to develop clinical selling tools, customer presentations, objection-handling resources, and educational materials.
- Support product launch planning and execution by ensuring appropriate clinical evidence, educational resources, and customer engagement strategies are in place.
- Collaborate with Product Development and Global Marketing teams to provide clinical input into product enhancements, innovation strategies, and future pipeline opportunities.
- Participate in scientific congresses, advisory boards, customer meetings, and clinical education events to strengthen market presence and gather customer insights.
- Support health economic and outcomes discussions by helping communicate clinical and operational benefits of portfolio solutions.
- Communicate effectively with Business Unit Leadership, Clinical Affairs, Marketing Leadership, Sales Leadership, and cross-functional project teams.
- Adhere to and ensure adherence to Teleflex Code of Ethics, company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Education / Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; clinical degree strongly preferred (RN, BSN, Respiratory Therapy, Paramedic, Physician Assistant, Clinical Specialist, or related healthcare field).
- Advanced degree (MBA, MSN, MPH, or equivalent) preferred.
- 3–5+ years of clinical experience in an acute care, critical care, vascular access, emergency medicine, anesthesia, or related healthcare setting.
- Exceptionally strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and techniques
- Strong financial and branding acumen
- Excellent project management and execution skills. You will also have expertise in communicating with key stakeholders both internally and externally
- Out-of-box thinker and problem solver
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a high tolerance for change.
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
- Strong clinical acumen with the ability to understand and communicate evidence-based clinical practices.
- Experience supporting clinical education, professional education, or market development initiatives.
- Understanding of clinical evidence generation, publication strategies, and healthcare economics preferred.
- Ability to present robust business cases in both formal presentations and in one-on-one interactions. Strong formal and informal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within and across departments and teams
- Planning, organization, oral and written communications skills, project management, creativity, problem-solving, teamwork, resource management, budget management, attention to detail, ethics and values.
