Vascular Access – Built on a history of innovation, our Arrow® brand of technically advanced vascular access devices are renowned throughout the world. Position Summary
The Program Support Associate has a primary responsibility to support the health care management system, provider workflow, metric management and activity request and completion process. This role ensures accuracy of event entry and timely data reporting and monitoring of clinical and medical affairs activities which allows accurate and transparent reporting dashboards across the Business units.
Principal Responsibilities
• CMA Dashboard entry, audit and reporting
• Oversee quality assurance for metric reporting across all BUs
• Manage HCP contracting and renewal in collaboration with BU lead
• Adhere to and ensure a standardized FMV tiering process
• Enter activities into the HCP management system
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of required documents for HCP activities
• Complete other duties and tasks assigned
• Collaberate on cross function projects as assigned

Education / Experience Requirements
• Associate’s degree in communications, English, Public Health, Life Sciences, or a related field required.
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong work ethic, energetic, flexible and self-motivated with the ability to operate independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to quickly resolve challenges.
