Position Summary

Provide analytical and administrative support for national, regional, and corporate agreements.

Principal Responsibilities

•    Administer capital equipment contracts, payment plans, and extended warranties.
•    Process load orders and agreements, 
•    Assist in the review process for capitol agreements and evaluation agreements.
•    Utilize available research tools to draw sound conclusions and effectively determine appropriate courses of action to meet the internal and external requirements for customer, as required.
•    Process all requests for ad-hoc sales/pricing reporting. 
•    Make recommendations based on impact analysis as required for contract proposals.
•    Process contract-related documents and pricing requests/approvals.
•    Maintain all documentation related to contracts and projects. Maintain electronic back-up files for all proposals, pricing and related analysis.
•    Act as a liaison with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and other departments as necessary.
•    Analyze data, draw sound conclusions, and recommend effective courses of action.
•    Utilize available research tools to effectively determine and research the requirements of GPOs, IDNs, surgery centers, hospitals, distributors, and government agencies, as required.
•    Maintain all documentation related to contracts and projects. Maintain electronic back-up files for all proposals, pricing, and related analysis.

Education / Experience Requirements

•    Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.  
•    Two years of contract administration experience preferred.  
•    Minimum 2 years in office environment working with reports and sales personnel.

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

•    Demonstrated ability to perform data extraction and manipulation and generate reports.
•    Understanding of general sales and marketing principles.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Access and PowerPoint experience a plus.
•    Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
•    Excellent attention to detail required.
•    SAP experience preferred.
