Position Summary

This role is responsible for assisting with the full life cycle implementation (technical and functional) and support of the Finance & Controlling modules in ECC 6.0 systems.

Principal Responsibilities

•    Develop and deliver requirements and project scope documents, business process design and configuration.
•    Hands-on configuration of core SAP Modules - General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Bank reconciliations, Accounts Receivable, Profitability Analysis, Cost center accounting, Fixed assets.
•    Support business processes as they relate to FICO modules. 
•    Develop business process procedures. 
•    Support end-users to ensure proper system usage and understanding.
•    Work closely with other IT personnel and vendors to ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements.

Education / Experience Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field. A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered in lieu of a degree.
•    1 to 2 years experience in a Finance function preferred.
•    Superuser/Key user in Finance & Controlling in SAP with implementation experience preferred.
•    SAP certification a plus.

•    Strong problem-solving skills for developing creative solutions and meeting project objectives are required.
•    Excellent analytical ability.
•    Skills that enable collaboration and communication. 
•    Ability to prioritize tasks and contribute to several projects and customers simultaneously.
•    Understanding of the software development cycle
•    Cross-functional SAP knowledge in MM / SD an advantage.
•    Demonstrated ability in implementing change
•    Approachable and enthusiastic 
•    Flexible and adaptable.
•    Able to work on own initiative and as a team player.
•    Good cultural awareness and sensitivity.
