Position Summary

This Morrisville, NC-based position resides within the Teleflex Anesthesia business unit’s Marketing team. In collaboration with the Global Marketing Manager, this role will create, execute and manage downstream marketing efforts for Anesthesia and Speciality Market products. This role actively partners with the North America Sales and Leadership teams, Global Marketing counterparts, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the execution and implementation of marketing strategies for the Anesthesia and Specialty Markets portfolio.

Principal Responsibilities

•    Provide day to day management of the assigned product lines which includes:
o    Provide sales support such as sales materials, product questions, cross-references, information for Request for Proposals (RFPs) and customer communications 
o    Collaborate with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, and Distribution to maintain high service levels
o    Manage inventory availability questions, backorder and constraint process
•    In collaboration with manager, develop and implement tactical plans to increase penetration and drive sales of existing products and drive portfolio management.
•    Develop content for core products and new product introductions including market development, training, education and sales / marketing collateral.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional global teams on projects that improve cost, quality, product efficiencies, and profitability.
•    Communicate effectively with Business Unit Leadership, Project teams, Marketing Leadership, Sales, and Sales Leadership members. 
•    Perform other duties as assigned by immediate manager.
•    Adhere to and ensure the adherence of Teleflex Code of Ethics, all Company policies, rules, procedures, and housekeeping standards.

Education / Experience Requirements

•    A bachelor’s degree is required with areas of preference including marketing, biomedical engineering, business administration or other similar degree area.  
•    A minimum of two to three years of post-degree work experience is expected.
•    Comfort level in a medical environment, with demonstrated aptitude or prior experience with clinical terminology.

•    Action- oriented and agile.

•    Unquestionable ethics and integrity.
•    Ability to work outside of normal hours as needed for global meetings.
•    Comfortable in clinical environments (operating room, etc.).
