Position Summary

Sr. Sales Operations Specialist reports to the Manager, Sales Operations.  

Will be responsible for ensuring our business operations and procedures comply with internal policies and other requirements.  In this position, you will perform a range of duties aimed to support and optimize the sales process within Latam. Collaborating with sales leadership to develop sales plans and forecasting, analyzing data to provide insights, creating sales reports and dashboards, overseeing our CRM Salesforce.com, working on accurate sales forecasting from Sell Out Data (tracings).

Will take the lead to coordinate with Regulatory, Marketing, Finance and Demand Planning to build a plan on new products codes, changing the status based on marketing or regulatory’s direction. The position will include the use of SAP queries, mass change functions, and be skilled in various master data objects.

Principal Responsibilities

•    Data management and analysis identifying trends, generating performance reports, and proposing data-driven strategies.
•    Sales process optimization, designing and refining workflow in Salesforce.com to improve sales efficiency.
•    Pricing and contract management, assisting in the creation of pricing models based on cost structure, market analysis, and company goals. Ensuring data flow between Salesforce.com and SAP.
•    Dashboarding, building and maintaining advanced Power BI dashboards for real-time insights.
•    Cross-Functional collaboration, aligning efforts in Salesforce.com, collaborating on pricing strategies, margin analysis, revenue recognition though SAP.
•    Material codes management, ensuring alignment to master data creation/modification processes.
 

 

Education / Experience Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
•    Proven experience with CRM, ERP System and analytics tools such as Salesforce.com, SAP, Power BI, MS Excel.
•    Experience in the medical devices industry is preferred due to regulatory complexities.
 

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong aptitude for understanding Spanish, English and Portuguese is a plus, and must have excellent communication skills, business acumen, and the initiative to proactively partner with different departments to ensure every task is coordinated and executed. 

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

•    Proficiency in business analytics creating reports and maintaining data accuracy.
•    Knowledge of SAP for pricing, order management, purchase info records, etc.
•    Strong skills in Power BI for creating dashboards and analyzing sales performance data
•    Advanced Excel 
•    Proficiency with all MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
•    Demonstrated strong aptitude to learn new things easily.
•    Ability to work independently to meet project requirements with minimal supervision.
•    Ability to present ideas and information in group settings.
•    Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment.
