Position Summary

Includes the following, however, other duties may be assigned. Work with Sales team to set, implement, manage, track and report on pricing impact. Analyze current pricing structures and practices. Focus on cost, margins and competitive pricing analytics; pricing contracts and renewals; distribution agreements and renewals; on-boarding and terminating clients; tender management, commissions, generating sales reports. Individual will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of all pricing in accordance with the corporation's strategic objectives and initiatives. Further, it will help coordinate demand planning and supply with sales manager.

Principal Responsibilities

1.    On-boarding and terminating clients, including coordinating due diligence and approval.
2.    Analyze, trend and validate adherence to strategic pricing initiatives and objectives.
3.    Analyze data, draw sound conclusions, and recommend effective courses of action.
4.    Audits and analyzes sales reports, contract-related documents and pricing.
5.    Provides analytical and administrative support to Strategic Pricing and Contract Management team in the development and management of strategic pricing.
6.    Creating and implementing tools that measure territory opportunities and the achievement of assigned quotas.
7.    Review, calculate and recommend potential annual price increase for individual pricing agreements.
8.    Review, calculate and recommend annual list price increases.
9.    Must demonstrate ability to contribute to the profitability of targeted objectives.
10.    Supports Sales Operations in goal achievement.
11.    Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related queries in a cooperative and supportive manner.
12.    Acts as liaison with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and other departments as requested by the department head.
 

Education / Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or related field with 3-5 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3-5 years of sales, sales support or marketing experience in a medical manufacturing environment. Provided strong analytical, statistical and problem-solving skills.
 

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

1.    Proficient in SalesForce.com, and familiar and SAP
2.    Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau
3.    Good interpersonal/customer relations skills; good verbal and written communications; ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
4.    Good project management, organizational, and short and long-term planning
5.    Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
6.    Demonstrated ability to perform data extraction and manipulation, analyze data, and generate reports.
