Position Summary

Teleflex is seeking a candidate for a Senior Digital Marcom Specialist within the Latin America division based in either our Mexico or Brazil office. We are seeking a versatile and driven marketing specialist to assist with developing and producing marketing projects that build brand and product awareness, generate leads and help achieve organizational objectives for multiple product portfolios. Under the supervision of the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, this role will assist in developing and implementing the marketing communications plans and associated projects in support of the business unit's strategic goals and objectives.

This position assists with all aspects of integrated marketing campaigns and tactics, including content development, graphic design and adaptation, performance monitoring, reporting, and platform optimization. The role involves a high level of cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Clinical, Legal/Compliance, and Regulatory, as well as other functional areas. The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist must also inform, educate and influence key stakeholders on recommended digital platforms, best practices and strategies to accelerate brand awareness and differentiation, audience engagement, and sales growth.  
 

Principal Responsibilities

•    Develop, create and implement marketing communications plans in conjunction with Marketing. Such plans may include collateral, videos, digital marketing campaigns, web pages, e-learnings, tradeshows, webinars and events 
•    Support development of strategic creative briefs and tactical project plans. Ensures product messaging is consistent with branding efforts and accurately represented in all materials 
•    Support integrated sales and marketing campaigns that may include digital asset creation, channel communications, content management, monitoring, reporting and online advertising. 
•    Assist in creating and scheduling social media content for Facebook, LinkedIn Twitter and YouTube
•    Own project management of jobs that must be routed through the regulated system (Agile) and then 
translated into Spanish and Portuguese
•    Oversee inventory of marketing collateral, managing revisions and rebranding of materials in our digital 
sales application
•    Support implementation of campaign tracking and reporting metrics in HubSpot and Salesforce
•    Manage relationships with internal and external vendors to complete projects on time and on budget
•    Participate in the planning and execution of marketing communications strategies and programs in support 
of tradeshows webinars and product-related events for assigned business/product lines
•    Work in accordance with corporate marketing communications standards, including quality and labeling procedures and other processes

Education / Experience Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, web design and or marketing communications with 5+ years of experience. Digital marketing and brand management experience a plus. 
•    Hands-on design and experience creating and executing on digital marketing campaigns, either corporate or agency related a must.
 

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

•    Proven track record of leading a range of successful digital marketing initiatives, from website and platform development to new product launch and sustaining marketing campaigns
•    Demonstrable expertise in creating and designing digital marketing campaings (e.g., content marketing, email marketing, website management, SEM/SEO, social media and analytics) 
•    Experience with content management systems, digital platforms and services (e.g., Google Analytics GA4, Google Ads, experience using Contentful a plus.)
•    2+ years experience using Salesforce and marketing automation tools; HubSpot; SAP Marketing Cloud a plus
•    Understanding of digital design principles/best practices
•    Ability to analyze marketing plans to develop appropriate digital marketing strategies and tactics
•    Excellent writing, editing and strong verbal communication skills, including presenting
•    Ability to build strong relationships in a matrixed environment; lead and influence laterally
•    Strong project management skills with a high tolerance for change; self-motivated, conscientious and 
detail-oriented in completing deliverables 
•    5 + years experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Asana and MS Office Suite
•    Must be fluent in English plus Spanish and/or Portuguese
