Position Summary

Sales representative responsible of execution of Mexico and LATAM regional sales initiatives promoting medical product lines of Vascular, Interventional, Anesthesia, Respiratory and Surgical products. Positions will be based in Mexico City, reporting to National Sales manager and working with dealers and direct hospital accounts.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Execute sales and promotional activities to achieve commercial annual goals.
  • Management of Distributors Network:  POs, Back Orders status, promotion, product support, trainings, and act as a liaison with areas: Customer Serv, Logistic, Quality, and Credit
  • Direct Hospital accounts – sales, administrative, and promotional activities with all areas: Purchase area, Warehouse, Clinical areas.
  • Execute local and regional marketing strategies: new products, commercial meetings attendance, promotional campaigns, and support with updated market information and reports as needed.
  • Support Government area to process all new tenders and requirements from territory.
  • CRM management of leads and sales opportunities.
  • Pricing negotiations with customers through CRM quote pricing system.

Education / Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or from other business/marketing areas with proven experience promoting medical devices.
  • Experience providing technical assistance in operating rooms
  • 3-5 years of sales experience working in healthcare Medical companies.

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

  • English written and verbal
  • Good interpersonal/customer relations skills; go.od verbal and written communications; ability to execute strategic plans
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Familiar working with CRM systems, Sales Force
