Position Summary

This remote Marketing Data Analyst role supports the execution of the global marketing intelligence strategy by collecting, preparing, and analyzing market and business data to inform decision-making. The role focuses on developing data-driven insights, including financial impact and market and competitive landscape monitoring, to strengthen sales and marketing strategy and tactics. It also involves maintaining and improving data analytics tools, managing internal and external data sources, and supporting key business planning processes. Working cross-functionally, the position ensures that actionable insights and tools are delivered to leadership, marketing, and sales stakeholders globally.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Execute the Marketing-related Intelligence strategy and support the process steps from implementing to reporting within the business scope
  • Execute the collection, preparation of market, business and competitive data needed for Marketing and Leadership decision making
  • Execute the collection, preparation and analysis of relevant datasets to support the development of sales and marketing arguments, including but not limited to interpretation of clinical data to develop financial impact models (Health economics); additionally would support Market Access initiatives when deemed relevant and appropriate
  • Execute the maintenance and continuous improvement of business, marketing intelligence tools, as well as scout, evaluate new technologies and assess the feasibility for implementation. Such tools should be made available and usable by the relevant Management, Sales and Marketing stakeholders
  • Support the provision of robust data relevant to business subjects where TFX and VI are currently active or could planned to be
  • Execute the development and optimization of data analytics and visualization tools including data transfer optimization and support training on tools for internal customers
  • Manage the Monthly updates of external (including but not limited to EUCOMED) data and relationship with data suppliers/vendors, and internal Sales data (MSPR)
  • Support the execution of projects and data dissemination of Global Market Fact Book (GMFB), 5Y Business Plan and Market modeling
  • Support the alignment and execution of annual projects including but not limited to the definition of Annual Operating Plan, Price List, Initiative Plan
  • Support the analysis and develop models to assess the financial impact of TFX/VI therapy segments to enable the development of Value Dossiers by either External (consultant) or Corporate Reimbursement / Health Economics Group / Medical affairs or similar groups

  • Regional and in-country Sales and Marketing teams

Education / Experience Requirements

  • University degree in business, marketing, life sciences or related field, a higher degree or relevant secondary qualifications desirable
  • At least 2 years’ experience in the medical device or healthcare technology sector working in a GMP compliant company and adhering to quality regulations
  • At least 3 years’ experience in analysis & working with data
  • At least 1 years’ cross-functional project management experience
  • English o/w business fluent, German o/w business fluent is a plus

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Able to meet goals and deadlines and is self-motivated
  • Exceptional numeracy with proven track record in analysis and working data

 

         IT skills

      • High level of proficiency in MS Office – Especially Excel and PowerPoint
      • Good understanding in data manipulation, scripting and visualization, especially PowerBI and Fabric, additionally SQL and Qlik Sense
      • Good understanding of emerging AI-tools is a plus
