Indicated for the treatment of symptoms of an enlarged prostate up to 100cc in men 45 years or older. As with any medical procedure, individual results may vary. Most common side effects are temporary and include pain or burning with urination, blood in the urine, pelvic pain, urgent need to urinate and/or the inability to control the urge.1 Rare side effects, including bleeding and infection, may lead to a serious outcome and may require intervention. Position Summary

As a key contributor to the Supply Chain team, the Buyer II is responsible for following up on key deliverables and outstanding items, monitoring, and processing purchase orders, and performing other related administrative processes.  This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform independently at high-levels in a fast-growing, post-startup environment.

Principal Responsibilities

•    Partner with cross-functional teams to implement ERP modules (SAP), including tracking, driving completion, and following up on key deliverables, and outstanding items.
•    Gather and consolidate requirements from requestors to purchase variety of indirect materials including services, equipment and supplies manufacturing parts utilizing SAP purchase order or blanket purchase orders.
•    Reviews proposals, quotes and negotiate with suppliers to acquire best quality, price, and delivery.
•    Partner with cross-functional teams to initiate, create, and process new and existing engineering change orders (ECOs).
•    Maintain a professional presence when meeting and greeting vendors and visitors, and quickly connect them with the designated team members.
•    Place maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) orders for the Supply Chain, IT, Manufacturing, and Facilities teams.
•    Monitor and follow-up on outstanding purchase orders (POs), including contacting suppliers when necessary, to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner.
•    File purchase orders (POs).
•    Ensure all purchase orders follow Quality and Financial Policies  
•    Approved all online Federal Express invoices to ensure timely payment of invoices. 
•    Execute all activities associated with P-card for ordering supplies, services, and events.
•    Order food for various meetings and events.
•    Organize and set up conference rooms when necessary.
•    Perform other related tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Education / Experience Requirements

•    Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent practical experience.
•    At least 3 years of administrative experience in an office/clerical setting.
•    Medical device experience is a plus.

•    Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
