Position Summary

Principal Responsibilities

•    Ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing, analysis and reporting, payment to statutory bodies, payroll headcount and salary reconciliation, payslip administration, preparation of EA form and maintenance of complete and systematic payroll records/database.
•    Timely monitoring and reporting on employees’ headcount and turnover on daily/weekly/monthly basis. Provide all reports in a timely manner.
•    Perform support activities in developing, implementing and administering compensation and benefits’ policies and programs, including reward and recognitions.
•    Develop and/or participates in compensation and benefits surveys to collect and analyse competitive market data to determine company’s competitive position.
•    Provide job evaluation support for new or revised jobs and ensure internal equity within organization.
•    Actively involved in the preparation and review of Annual Operating Plan (AOP), strat plan, financial forecast and Total Compensation Management (TCM) related process. 
•    Ensure availability and accuracy of job descriptions and job classification for all levels of employees.
•    Efficiently monitoring and managing medical, HR payroll system and health insurance vendor. 
•    Maintain and handle employees’ personal file, medical/optical/dental claim and group health insurance documents.
•    Work along with HR colleagues to ensure proper orientation training and on-boarding activities for new joiners at all levels.
•    Be the employee champion; responds to employee inquiries, questions and complaints in a timely manner.
•    Assist in ensuring consistent HR practices and healthy/harmonious environment across the company.
•    Assist HR Manager in handling day-to-day HR related issues and activities.
•    Ensure all information is kept at utmost confidentiality.
•    Perform any other relevant and related responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time as required by superior
 

Education / Experience Requirements

•    At least a Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources Management or other related field.
•    Excellent knowledge and understanding in Malaysian Employment Act 1955
•    Minimum 6 years relevant working experience in manufacturing environment of multinational company

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

•    Meticulous, result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
•    Must be able to communicate (written and verbal) in English and Malay Language. 
•    Good interpersonal skill with strong sense of responsibility
•    Possess a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
