Position Summary

Principal Responsibilities

•    To assist in Hourly-Direct Labour (DL) and Hourly-Indirect Labour (IDL) hiring activities, and not limited to interview arrangement, co-ordinate induction program, on-boarding activities, and on-boarding satisfaction/experience survey.
•    To administer new hire’s data entry into HR system, housekeeping of DL & IDL personal folder.
•    To assist in housekeeping of job description, prepare & issuance of employee’s confirmation letter on timely manner.
•    To assist in maintenance of employees’ personal locker and badge preparation.
•    To assist in maintenance of training documentation.
•    To provide support in sport & recreation activities and function (annual dinner, family day, tournaments, etc) related to employees.
•    To co-ordinate and execute employee’s survey when there is a need arise. 
•    To develop and maintain a healthy relationship and effective service to all employees.
•    Any other administrative duties or support that may be assigned from time to time.
 

Education / Experience Requirements

•    Degree or Diploma in Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
•    Minimum 2-3 years of work experience / background in manufacturing under HR field.

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

•    Must be able to communicate (written and verbal) in English and Malay language.
•    Good interpersonal skills, teamwork, confident, supportive & positive work attitude.
•    Ability to handle multiple tasks to meet business needs with minimum supervision.
•    Hardworking and flexible to task given.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
