Position Summary

Principal Responsibilities

•    Coordinate and prepare weekly and monthly reports of Plant Manager and ensure that they are submitted within the datelines given.
•    Supporting or compiling standard report in slide deck format such as CEES Monthly Review, Transformation Plan update, weekly report for L1 board, etc.
•    Coordinate meetings schedule (external and internal) involving Kulim leadership team.
•    Develop and maintain an efficient filing and administrative system in admin office. 
•    Coordinate office procedures including support of 6S program.
•    Supports managers and other staff in term of communication and organization.
•    Ensure that all printed stationeries or communication materials including business cards reflect the latest corporate branding guidelines.
•    Coordinate meal/accommodation/travel arrangement for corporate visitors.
•    Organize plant wide travel, both local and overseas, and ensure that company’s travelling policies are complied with and spending is within budget.
•    Submit and reconcile expense reports including monitoring of corporate credit card expenses and claims via Concur.
•    Monitor licences/permit/subscription expiry and arrange for renewal (PBT, MEF, KITA, etc)
•    Arranging form, recording mails/parcels outward under existing guidelines via Courier service.
•    Any other administrative duties or support that may be assigned from time to time.
 

Education / Experience Requirements

•    Degree or Diploma in Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
•    Minimum 2-3 years of work experience / background in manufacturing under admin field.

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

•    Must be able to communicate (written and verbal) in English and Malay language.
•    Good interpersonal skills, teamwork, confident, supportive & positive work attitude.
•    Ability to handle multiple tasks to meet business needs with minimum supervision.
•    Hardworking and flexible to task given.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
