Position Summary

Principal Responsibilities

1.    Lead the Value Stream activities at Production, Maintenance, Process and Quality.
2.    Good and knowledgeable on Product and Process Engineering, work closely with R&D and Project Management in New Product Introduction (NPI).
3.    Directs and control the technical area of the site, determining priorities and resolving issues as necessary
4.    Provide technical training (product and processes) to the team members
5.    Provide support to the manufacturing team with respect to continuous improvement on machine and equipment innovation. 
6.    Ensure compliance to safety, health and environment when undertake any activities or changes on the shop floor.
7.    Manages technical or process teams within budget and project schedule. 
8.    To ensure the implementation and maintenance, with in the department, of an effective management for occupational safety and health consistent with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and other legislative requirements.
9.    Performs other job-related duties assigned.

11.    Ensure Program conforms to the Quality System Regulation (QSR), CMDCAS, MDD 93/42/EEC, ISO 13485 and other relevant Standards. 

Education / Experience Requirements

Qualification       :  

•    Bachelor of Science/Engineering            
•    Project management, product engineering, process engineering

Experience         :  

•    Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing.
•    Knowledge in production process validation. 
•    Good team player with analytical skills and process 
•    Trouble-shooting   capability.
•    Communicate well in English and good interpersonal skills. 
•    Knowledge of industry technologies and best practice
•    Minimum 2 years leading group of production or engineering
•    Product & process engineering know how with Project Management experience an advantage
