Position Summary

•    Oversee daily inbound and outbound warehouse activities.
•    Ensure proper receiving, storage, and dispatch of Raw Materials and Finished Goods.
•    Monitor FIFO/FEFO implementation.
•    Ensure proper material handling and storage conditions.
•    Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies.

Inventory Control & Accuracy
•    Ensure high inventory accuracy in SAP/WMS.
•    Review and approve cycle counts and stock adjustments.
•    Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
•    Monitor slow-moving, excess, or obsolete stock.

Team Leadership & Supervision
•    Supervise and guide the Warehouse Supervisor.
•    Monitor overall manpower planning and productivity.
•    Ensure team training, discipline, and performance management.
•    Promote a safe working environment and enforce safety compliance.

Coordination & Planning
•    Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, Procurement, and Transport teams.
•    Ensure timely material supply to production lines.
•    Ensure on-time delivery of Finished Goods to customers.
•    Support month-end and year-end stock closing activities.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement
•    Ensure warehouse complies with audit and regulatory requirements.
•    Maintain proper documentation and reporting.
•    Drive warehouse improvement initiatives (6S, process optimization, cost control).
•    Prepare performance reports and KPIs for management review.

•    To work closely with materials / purchasing team on the delivery of materials and goods into the warehouse in a timely and efficient manner. 
•    Ensure inventory discrepancies are investigated in a timely manner and communicated.
•    Ensure all personnel are effectively trained on GMP, safety and matter related to stock and warehouse management.
•    At all times maintain a high level of security, safety, cleanliness and communication.
•    Undertake effective OSH measures to ensure compliance, within the workplace, with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and other legislative requirements.
   

Principal Responsibilities

Education / Experience Requirements

Qualification        :   
-Degree in Business or Logistics / Warehouse Management

Experience    :    
-5–8 years warehouse experience (Senior Executive preferred with leadership exposure).
-Experience in SAP/WMS systems.
-Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
-Good communication and coordination abilities.
